Greengram curry for breakfast recipe

green gram

coconut-1/2

cumin-1 tsp
shallots-3-4
mustard
coconut oil
shallots, dry chilly and curry leaves
Preparation
Boil the green gram in a pressure cooker with some water, turmeric powder, and green chillies. Grind the coconut, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin seeds, green chillies, and shallots in a mixer.Add the ground mixture to the cooked greengrams and simmer for a few minutes.Temper the curry with mustard seeds, shallots, red chillies, and curry leaves.
