Gulab Jamun

Ingredients

milk powder-1/2 cup

maida-1 tbsp

baking soda-2 pinch

sugar-1 cup

water- 1 1/2 cup

ghee-1 tbsp

milk-2-3 tbsp

cardamom-3

rose essance-1 drop

Preparation

Mix maida, milk powder and baking soda in a bowl, add ghee and milk , knead it well, then make a soft dough, divide the dough into small balls. Fry these balls in oil until it become golden brown.For sugar syrup melt sugar with cardamom and rose drop, then dip jamun balls into it, soak for 5 minutes, juicy gulab jamun is ready.

Soft unniyappam

Ingredients

small banana-3

jaggerry-200 gm

water-1/4 cup

rice flour-2 cup

water

baking soda-1/4 tsp

roasted coconut pieces

black sesame seeds- 1 1/2 tsp

cumin-1 tsp

oil

Preparation

Grind banana into fine paste, then transfer to a bowl, add jaggerry juice and rice flour, mix well and make a thick batter, rest this batter for 2 hrs. Add coconut pieces, cumin,baking soda and sesame seeds to fermented batter, add water if required, mix all well. Heat oil in unniyappam pot, pour batter in each hole, cook both sides, unniyappam is ready.

Special Tea

Ingredients

water-1 cup

teapowder-1 tsp

milk-1 cup

sugar-2 tsp

Preparation

Boil water, next add tea powder, boil 2 minutes, next add milk, boil it for 2 minutes, strain out tea powder and add sugar, then serve it.

Easy Margaritta Pizzaa

Ingredients

warm milk-1/2 glass

instant yiest-1 1/2 tsp

sugar-2 tsp

maida

salt

water

pizza sauce

cheese

oregano

Preparation

Add sugar and yiest to warm milk, mix it well and keep aside for 15 minutes. Then take maida flour in a bowl, add salt , milk and water, knead it well and make a soft dough and rest the dough for 2 hrs. After 2 hrs, take the dough and divide into 2 parts, roll it and put in a plate, put holes by using a fork, spread pizza sauce, next add pizza and spread some oregano, then bake it.

Special bread toast

Ingredients

Preparation

Break eggs to a bowl, add milk and sugar, mix it well. Remove sides of the bread, then cut into two pieces. Heat a tawa , spread butter, put egg slices after dipping egg mix , add cheese above the bread, put another layer of bread, toast both sides, then serve it with hot.

Coffee Pudding

Ingredients

Milk-500 ml

condensed milk-1/4 cup

sugar-1/4 cup

china grass-10 gm

water-1 cup

milk-1/2 glass

coffee powder-1 tbsp

Preparation

Boil milk with sugar and milkmaid. For coffee mix add coffee powder to 1/2 glass of sugar and mix well. Melt china grass in 1 cup of water. Once the milk is boil well add chinagrass mix and coffee mix to the milk, mix all together, then transfer to a bowl, after cooling it well trasfer to fridge and keep it for 2 hrs, decorate with chocochips before using.

Easy Velleppam

Ingredients

raw rice-2 cup

urad dal-2 tbsp

coconut-1/2

boiled rice-3 tbsp

coconut water+sugar mix for grinding

Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs, then wash rice well , then add coconut, and boiled rice , mix all together, then grind it well by adding coconut water and sugar mix, then add sugar and salt, after mixing well rest the batter for 8 hrs or overnight. Then you can make perfect velleppam.

Preparation

In a bowl, add masalas and tamarind juice, mix well and make a paste. Heat oil in a claypot, add fenugreek seeds and mustards , crack it well,then add ginger garlic paste and green chilly, saute it well , now add masala paste with required water and salt, boil it well, next add fish, cook it for 5 minutes, finally add curry leaves and raw coconut oil.

Preparation

Cook cucumber with green chilly,salt and water. Grind coconut with chilly,cumin, mustards and water,then add to curry, boil it 2 minutes, finally add curd, then turn off flame. For tempering, pop mustard, red chilly and curry leaves in coconut oil and add to curry.
