water-1/2 cup

mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

curd-1 cup

coconut oil

dry red chilly

curry leaves

mustard seeds


Cook cucumber with green chilly,salt and water. Grind coconut with chilly,cumin, mustards and water,then add to curry, boil it 2 minutes, finally add curd, then turn off flame. For tempering, pop mustard, red chilly and curry leaves in coconut oil and add to curry.
