milk powder-1/2 cup

maida-1 tbsp

baking soda-2 pinch

sugar-1 cup

water- 1 1/2 cup

ghee-1 tbsp

milk-2-3 tbsp


rose essance-1 drop


Mix maida, milk powder and baking soda in a bowl, add ghee and milk , knead it well, then make a soft dough, divide the dough into small balls. Fry these balls in oil until it become golden brown.For sugar syrup melt sugar with cardamom and rose drop, then dip jamun balls into it, soak for 5 minutes, juicy gulab jamun is ready.
