Ginger Carlic. 1/2 tbsp

Green chilli. 1

Curry Leaves

Garam masala

Chilly Powder

Tumeric powder

Preparation

Remove sides of bread and keep aside. Grate boiled eggs. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste then saute it well, add onion, after sauting it well add chilly and curry leaves, mix all well, next add masala, cook it well, next add egg grated, mix all well, add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame. Take a bread slice, dip in water, add masala and fold it, make ball shape then coat in bread crumbs, after doing this, fry all balls.

Full Chicken Fry

Ingredients

full chicken-1 kg

salt

turmeric-1 tbsp

ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp

chilly( kaanthari)-15(crushed)

pepper powder-1 tbsp

garam masala

salt

lemon juice

chilly powder-1 tbsp

oil

curry leaves

Preparation

Take chicken, and put lines with a kniefe, then marinate with salt and turmeric, rest this for 20 minutes, then steam cook chicken. Mix other masalas in a plate, then marinate cooked chicken with this masala, then fry it in a pan.

Preserve Jaggerry

First method,cover each jaggerry with tissue paper. Another mwthod , crush it and keep sunlight for 1 day, then keep in a air tight container. Third one is, keep jaggerry in plastic bag, and keep in refrigirator.

Ingredients

Preparation

Heat a pressure cooker, add ghee/oil, then roast cashews and kismis, transfer it to a plate, add spices into the cooker, after heat it well add ginger garlic, then add chilly and onion, saute it well, next add vegetables, mix it well, next add rice, mix it about 2 minutes, now add water, add salt and lemon juice, cover the cooker and cook it for 1 whistle.

Preparation

Cut banana into small pieces, then add to mixie jar, add egg , sugar and salt, blend it well and transfer to a bowl, add maida to make a thick batter, mix it well. Heat oil in a pan, pour the batter with a spoon, deep fry this bites.

Bounty Bar

milkmaid-2 tbsp

dark chocolete compound

Preparation

Add milkmaid to desicated coconut, mix well, make bars, keep in fridge for 1 hour. Melt chocolete in double boiling method, dip bars in chocolete mix, again keep in fridge for 1 hour, bounty bar is ready.

Preparation

Marinate chicken with turmeric and salt, then fry it. Heat oil in a tawa, add cinnamon stick and pepper, fry it, then add ginger and garlic, mix well, next add onion, saute it well, next add tomato, mix all well and cook until it become soft, next add chicken stock, next masala and dry lemon, after mixing well add water, then add rice, mix well, and cook it well. Once the rice is cooked add green chilly and coriander leaves, then cover the lid for 5 minutes.Now majboose is ready.

Milk maida pudding

Ingredients

butter-2 tbsp

corn flour-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Melt butter in a pan, add maida, mix well, keep the flame low, then add milk, stir it well, remove lumps, next add sugar, mix well, cook until it become thick, then transfer it to a mould. For topping, add corn flour in a bowl, add water, and mix it well, then keep aside. Heat a pan, add sugar, caramalise it, then add corn flour mix, stir it well, once it become thick, pour it above maida mix, level it with a spoon, keep this in fridge, then you can use it.
