Preparation

Add maida in a bowl, then break egg into it , add salt and milk, knead it well, add ghee, mix well, then make a soft dough, rest it for 4 hrs. Divide the dough into equal small balls, flat it, then fold it like square shape, flat again, then cook in a tawa.
