Preparation

soak sabja in water and keep aside.In a mixie jar, add lemon juice, cucumber, pomegranate and orange without seeds, add sugar and water, blend it well, then strain it to a bowl, serve the juice with soaked sabja seeds.

Mushroom Masala Curry

Ingredients

kashmiri chilly powder-1 tbsp

coriander powder-1 tbsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

meat masala-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Clean mushrooms firmly, then cut it into desired size. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, pop it well, next add coconut pieces, roast it well, next add ginger and garlic, saute it for 2 minutes, then add green chilly, curry leaves, onion and salt, saute it well, now add masalas, mix until the raw smell gone, add tomato , cook it to become soft, add hot water, now add mushroom, mix it with masala, cook it for 10 more minutes.

Bitter gourd curry

Ingredients

In a claypot , add chopped bitter gourd, tamarind water and salt, mix it well, then cook it until the bitter gourd become soft, then add other chopped vegetables and masalas, cook it for 5 minutes, at that time grind coconut with fennel seeds and some water, and take coconut from this paste, add coconut milk to the curry, heat it well, now turn off flame. For seasoning, pop mustards in coconut oil , add curry leaves too, then add this to the curry.

Easy Egg Curry Recipe

Ingredients

Preparation

Heat a pressure cooker, add oil , then add onion, salt curry leaves and green chilly, mix well, then add 2 tbsp of water, then cover the cooker and cook until 3 whistle come out. After that add tomato into it, then cook it well. Heat oil in a pan, add mustards, pop it well, then add curry leaves and masalas into it, after mixing it, add it to curry, add water and boil it well, finally add eggs boiled, mix with masala and cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn off flame.

After that add masalas, then boil it well, next add coconut milk, then heat it well and turn off flame. For seasoning, pop mustards, then add dry red chilly, shallots and curry leaves, roast it well and add to curry.

EGG CHIPS

INGREDIENTS:

Egg – 1

Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

Salt

Maida – 1/4 cup

Corn flour – 1/4 cup

Water – 1/3 cup

Ice cubes – 3

Preparation

Break egg to a bowl, add salt and pepper powder, beat it with a whisk, add flours into it, then mix it well, add water gradually, mix with a whisk , add ice cubes, mix again and make a batter. Heat oil in a pan, pour egg batter to the pan with a spoon, fry it both sides, once it become golden brown color take it from oil, finally add salt and chilly powder above the chips.

Ingredients

boneless chicken pieces(small)-250 gm

Preparation

Marinate chicken pieces with salt, chilly powder, pepper powder and garam masala, after keeping aside for 10 minutes, fry it in a pan, once it fried well add onion, tomato, capsicum , chilly flakes and salt, turn off flame after mixing it. Mix sauces , pepper powder and chilly flakes, then keep aside. Blend egg with salt and keep aside. Dip bread slices in egg mix and set in a pan like pizza shape, cook both sides well in low flame, then spread pizza sauce , add the chicken filling, next add cheese, finally sprinkle oregano above, then cover the lid, then cook it for 10 minutes in low flame.

Lime juice – 1 tbsp

Ginger garlic Paste – 1 tsp

Turmric Powder – 1 tsp

Cardamom – 3 nos

Cloves – 5 -6 nos

Cinnamon – 2 small pieces

Star anise – 1 small piece

Garam masala – 1 tsp

Preparation

Take chicken in a bowl , add lemon juice, salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste, marinate well, keep aside for 1 hour.Heat oil in a pan, add ghee, then add spices, once it roast well add onion, saute until it become golden brown add chicken pieces, mix well, next add tomato, saute it again, and cook it for 10 minutes, now add crushed pepper and garam masala powder, mix all together, now add boiling water, add chilly splitted, mint and coriander leaves, add salt, boil it well, now add soaked rice , cook it well.

Egg Masala Fry

Ingredients

• Egg — 6 no’s

• Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon

• Kashmiri chilli powder – 2 teaspoons

• Pepper powder – ½ teaspoon

• Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon

• Coconut oil – ½ teaspoon

• Salt

• Water

• Oil — for frying

Preparation

Take an idli making mould, spread oil , break egg into each holes, then steam it for 5 minutes, and demould it to a plate. Take a bowl, add masalas, salt and coconut oil, make a paste, marinate egg with this masala, after that shallow fry each egg in oil.
