• Egg — 6 no’s

• Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon

• Kashmiri chilli powder – 2 teaspoons

• Pepper powder – ½ teaspoon

• Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon

• Coconut oil – ½ teaspoon

• Salt

• Water

• Oil — for frying

Preparation

Take an idli making mould, spread oil , break egg into each holes, then steam it for 5 minutes, and demould it to a plate. Take a bowl, add masalas, salt and coconut oil, make a paste, marinate egg with this masala, after that shallow fry each egg in oil.
