Cook rice in 5 minutes

Cook rice in pressure cooker within 5 minutes.

Less cooking gas and non sticky rice.

Wash rice 3-4 times thoroughly in water, then add to boiling water in a pressure cooker, add salt into it, let it boil again, after that change the water, then boil it with lid, put the weight and cook in low flame. Turn off flame just before 1 whistle come out. Wait until the pressure gone, then open cooker and strain the rice.

Tuna Fish Curry

Ingredients

shallots-10

tomato-1

ginger

green chilly

curry leaves

garlic

coconut oil-1 tbsp

mustard

chilly powder-1 1/2 tbsp

coriander powder-1/2 tbsp

fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

hot water

tamarind-4

salt

fish curry leaves

Preparation

Grind ginger, garlic, shallots and green chilly together and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard, then add chilly, shallot paste, saute it well, now add masala powders, mix in oil, then pour water, add tamarind and salt, let it boil well, then add fish, coon it well, finally add some curry leaves and turn off flame.

Preparation

Take a plate, add masalas, salt, ginger garlic , tomato pulp and oil, mix all well and make a thick paste. Marinate fish with the masala and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add fish and curry leaves together, fry it well.

Chocobar

Ingredients

milk-1/2 ltr

corn flour-3 tsp

sugar-3/4 cup

milk powder-1/2 cup

cocoa powder+sugar-1/2 cup each

dalda

Preparation

Take a sauce pan, add milk, then add corn flour and milk mix, milk powder, and sugar, combine well, then turn on flame. Stir it until the mix become thick, turn off flame, transfer the mix to ice cream moulds, freeze it for 8 hrs. Mix cocoa powder and sugar together, grind it into fine powder. Add dalda to a glass bowl, double boil it , once it melts completely, add cocoa powder mix , dilute it with dalda, then take the mix in a glass. Demould ice bars, then dip it in the chocomix, after that store it in fridge.

Dal Curry

Ingredients

Toor Dal – 1/2C

Water – 1 1/2C

Garlic – 2nos

Turmeric powder -1/2tsp

Salt – 1/2tsp

Sunflower oil – 2tsp

Tadka

Ghee – 1 1/2tbsp

Cumin – 1/2tsp

Garlic – 1 1/2tsp

Ginger – 1/4tsp

Green chilli – 1

Onion – 1

Salt – 1/4tsp

Chilli powder – 1/2tsp

turmeric powder – 1/4tsp

Tomato – 1

Preparation

Soak washed dal 20 minutes, then add to a pressure cooker with water, then add garlic, chilly powder, turmeric, salt and oil, then cook it for 2 whiste. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin, let it pop well, next add green chilly, garlic and ginger , saute it well, next add onion, saute it too, add salt, chilly powder, and turmeric, mix well, add tomato, mix until it turns soft, add cooked dal, mix well, boil it for 2-3 minutes, then turn off flame.

Egg Roll

ingredients,

chappathi -3

egg -3, 4

onion

carrot

cabbage

cucumber

Green chilli

lemon juice – 1 tbsp

pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Take a bowl, add sliced onion, carrot, cucumber, cabbage, capsicum, salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves and pepper powder, mix all well. Break eggs to a bowl, beat it well. Heat a pan, add butter, spread it over the pan, pour egg mix into it, put a chapathi above the egg mix, cook both sides well, apply sauce and mayonnaise above the chapathi, then add filling, fold it from both sides, then serve it.

Preparation

Take a bowl, add the ingredients one bye one, mix all together with water and make a thick batter, rest this batter for 1/2 hrs. Heat oil in a pan, add small quantity of this batter with a spoon, fry it well.

No oil fish fry

Ingredients

Fish(Salmon) – 200g

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

Fresh pepper powder – 1tsp

Salt – 1/4 tsp

Preparation

Marinate fish with the above said masala, then keep this aside for 15-30 minutes. Heat a pan, add fish, cook it in medium heat, flip it frequently until it cooked enough.

Preparation

Cook rice with salt, keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, pop it well, then add urad dal and gram dal, roast it for a minute, add dry chilly, green chilly and curry leaves, saute all, add turmeric, mix it until the raw smell gone, now add lemon juice, mix all together, then turn off flame, add cooked rice, combine well.

Preparation

Cook bones in a pressure cooker with salt, chilly powder, coriander powder and curry leaves. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic, saute it well, then add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, next add cooked beef bone, mix well. Roast coconut in oil, then grind it into fine paste, add this to curry, mix all well, add more water and salt, boil it well, add fennel powder and cinnamon, boil little more, then turn off. Finally, season the curry with mustard and shallots.
