Blend mango and sugar together, pour this mix into disposible glasses, wrap the glass top with aluminium foil papers, then put a stick to the glass, freeze it about 8 hrs, then demould the ice, then have it.

Ingredients

wheat flour-1 cup

sesame seeds-1 tsp

cow milk-1/2 cup

oil for frying

Preparation

Take a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, sugar, sesame seeds and milk, mix all well and make a thick batter, add a little yellow color, combine all again. Dip sliced banana into the batter, then fry it in hot oil.

Ingredients

lukewarm water-1 cup

Preparation

Add all ingredients in a mixie jar, grind it well and make a loose batter. Heat unniyappam chatti with oil, pour the batter in each hole, fry both sides well.

Preparation

Boil milk with oats, then add melted jaggerry, mix it well, next mix corn flour and water together in a bowl, pour the mix to the pan, stir it well, then add vanilla essence, combine all, mix it until it become thick, then transfer it to a mould, before that, brush the mould with oil and add sesame seeds and tutti fruity, let it cool enough, then demould it.

Achappam

Ingredients

raw rice-2 cup

maida-4 tbsp

coconut milk- 1 1/2 cup

sesame seeds-1 tbsp

oil

salt-1/4 tsp

Preparation

Soak rice for 2-3 hrs, then grind it with egg, salt, coconut milk, maida, and sugar, make a medium loose batter, pour it to a bowl, add sesame seeds, mix all well. Heat oil for frying, dip the mould in oil, then take it and dip it 3/4 part in the batter, again add to the oil, once the appam separate from the mould, take it and repeat it.

Preparation

Take a pan, add mango, shallots, green chilly, garlic, masala powders, salt and water, then cook it well. Grind coconut with water, then add to cooked mango, boil it well, add more water and salt if required, let it boil well, then turn off flame. Finally, season the curry with oil, mustard, shallots and curry leaves,.

Preparation

Cook cleaned tapioca with salt , turmeric and water, then crush it a little after taking it from water. Cook beef with salt, chilly powder and garam masala. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, then add crushed green chilly and garlic, saute all well, next add chilly powder, mix it with onion, then add cooked beef, combine all, once the water completely dissolved add cooked tapioca, combine all well, add some curry leaves and coriander, then turn off flame.

Coffee Pudding

Ingredients

3cup milk(750ml)

3tbsp cornflour(if you didn’t get thick consistency you can add upto 6tbsp)

1&1/2tsp instant coffee powder

1tsp cocoa powder (optional)

Preparation

Add milk to a sauce pan, add corn flour into it, next add coffee powder, sugar and cocoa powder, mix all well,then strain it to another pan. Put the pan to stove top, stir it continously, once it become thick turn off flame, then transfer the mix to a glass jar, rest it until it become set, then refrigerate it for sometimes, after that , demould it to a plate, dust it with cocoa powder, then cut it.
