Ingredients:
500 grams squid (cleaned and cut into rings or small pieces)
2 medium-sized onions (sliced)
2-3 green chilies (slit)
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 sprig curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon red chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil (or any cooking oil of your choice)
Salt to taste Instructions:
Clean the squid: Rinse the squid under cold running water and remove the transparent backbone. Cut the squid into rings or small pieces as per your preference. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Marinate the squid: In a bowl, mix the squid pieces with half of the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, and a little salt. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan or kadai over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
Add the marinated squid to the pan. Stir well and cook on medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until the squid starts to turn opaque.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the squid cook for another 5-7 minutes until it becomes tender. Squid cooks quickly, so be careful not to overcook it, as it can turn rubbery.
Add the remaining turmeric powder, black pepper powder, and garam masala. Adjust the salt and spice levels to your taste and mix well.
Continue to cook uncovered for a few more minutes until the squid is well coated with the spices and the roast gets a slightly dry texture.
Drizzle some more coconut oil on top before turning off the heat. This enhances the flavor of the roast.

Cumin – 1 tsp
Chopped small onion – 1/4 cup
Ghee – 1 tablespoon
How to prepare
After washing a quarter cup of fenugreek seeds well, soak them in water for at least seven hours, then pour them in a cooker with water and cook until it whistles.
• After washing the mandarin rice well, add it to the steamed cooker along with the boiled fenugreek seeds. Add three cups of water and cook till two whistles are heard.
•From one cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of first milk and 3/4 cup of second milk can be taken. After the whistle of the cooker, pour the second milk and boil everything together. Add a teaspoon of crushed cumin seeds and required salt to it and turn off the flame when it boils.
•Then pour the first milk. In another pan, pour a tablespoon of ghee and add a quarter cup of chopped small onion and fry until it turns brown in color.

Maida – 2 cup
Oil – as needed
Egg – 2 pcs
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Preparation:
wash the beef and add turmeric, black pepper powder, salt, chili powder and garam masala and cook.
Then put in a blender and puree. Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté minced ginger and garlic until fragrant. When boiling, add onions and green peppers and sauté. Add remaining turmeric powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, salt, coriander leaves and curry leaves and stir-fry well. Add cooked beef and mix.
Add flour, salt and a little water and knead like chapati dough. Make small balls and spread them out to the size of a puri ball.
Get a Poori and put the beef masala in the middle. Put another puri on top and fold the aruk thoroughly, then put in hot oil and fry.
Mix 2 eggs and powdered sugar in a bowl. Pour 1 teaspoon of ghee or oil into a non-stick pan. Dip each piece of fried meat in the egg and then fry in the pan.
