Cook chicken with salt and turmeric, then crush it well. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic, saute it well, then add turmeric and salt, mix all, add other masala powders, once the raw smell gone add crushed chicken mix it well, add coriander leaves, then turn off flame.
Prepare a loose batter with maida , egg, salt and water, then make thin dosas with it. Take dosas, add filling then fold it like chicken roll, dip the rolls in beaten egg, coat it with bread crumbs, then fry it in hot oil.
