Everyone loves curries in the olden days but some curries have been forgotten by many who were the original curries of the olden days because the tradition has not been carried on. Today we are sharing such a simple curry recipe, we can make it without burning the fire. It is a curry that can be made in five minutes with only a few ingredients. Garlic buttermilk curry is a curry that can be added to rice.

Ingredients
Curd – ½ cup
Garlic – ¼cup
Turmeric – ¼ teaspoon
Ginger – 1 piece
Water – 1glass
Green chilli – 3nos
Curry leaves
Coconut crush – ½cup
Cumin Red chilli – 2nos
Mustard Salt
coconut oil
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Mix all these and add half of curd to it and grind it
Heat all this in a pan and pour it
Pour the remaining curd into it
Now mix well
We can use it unripe or unripe if we want
Now pour some coconut oil in another pan and let’s boil it. After the coconut oil heats up, add mustard and crack it. Add two slices of chillies and add some curry leaves.
