water- 1 1/4 cup

jaggerry-80 gm

salt

cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp

coconut-1/4 cup

rice flour-1cup

Preparation

Boil banana, then cut it into small pieces. Boil water in a pan, add jaggerry to it, then add coconut and cardamom , once it boil well add rice flour, mix well and make thick dough, turn off flame. Add banana pieces, combine all evenly, take banana leaves, fold it like small pockets, fill the mix into it, then cover it, finally, steam it well.

Add butter to egg yolk bowl, then add vanilla essence too, beat it well, then add maida, combine well, then mix it with egg white mix, fold it with a spatula, then transfer the mix to a cake container, then bake it well.

Ingredients

1. Milk – 1 1/2 cup (1 cup = 250 ml)

2. Sugar – 7 tbsp

3. Heavy Cream – 1 cup

4. Custard Powder – 3 tbsp

5. Powdered Sugar – 5 tbsp (if required)

Preparation

Boil milk in a pan, add sugar, mix custard powder and milk in a bowl, mix well, then add to milk, stir it well until it cooked and become thick. Blend the mix well after heat is gone. Beat whipping cream in a bowl, then add custard mix after stuff it well, then combine well, now transfer it to a airtight container, store it in freezer for 8-12 hrs.

Grind soaked urad dal first, then add it to a bowl, grind coconut with shallots, cumin, garlic and a little water make coarse paste, then add it above the urad dal batter. Grind rice flour with water, then mix it in the batter kept in bowl, mix all together. Take plates, apply oil, then pour the batter, steam it in a steamer.
