Preparation

For chicken curry, marinate chicken with salt , turmeric and garam masala, then keep aside.Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, then add coconut pieces, roast it until it become brown, next add onion, then green chilly, ginger and garlic, saute it well, add curry leaves and salt, next add chicken into it, combine all well. Heat coriander powder,chilly powder and garam masala in a pan, then add to the curry, mix well, then cook it for 15-20 minutes, then turn off flame.

For pidi, take rice flour in a bowl. Boil water with salt, coconut and garlic cumin paste, then pour it to the rice flour and knead it well, then make a soft dough, after that, divide the dough into tiny balls. Boil the left over water , add more coconut and garlic cumin paste, then add the rice balls, once it boil well pour rice flour water mix into it, mix well, once it become thick turn off flame and serve it with chicken curry.
