full cream milk-1/2 ltr

Preparation

Boil milk in a pan, then allow it to lower the heat, then pour it to another bowl, add curd, mix it well. Take a pressure cooker pour hot water, put the milk vessel into the cooker, cover it with a plate,then close the lid, keep this aside for 1/2 hrs, now the milk become thick curd.
