Boil milk in a pan, dont stir it, once heat gone keep in refrigerator for 6-8 hrs, now the thick layer is formed on the top of the milk, keep this in a container, repeat this process on daily , keep the container in fridge. Once it become enough quantity, take this from fridge and add milk and curd into it, after mixing well, keep this in room temperature for 2 days, after that blend it well in mixie jar, now the butter separate from the mix, transfer it to another bowl, wash it with cold water, then melt it in a pan, once the ghee is cooled, store in a glass container.
