Potato – 1

Gram flour / Besan – 1 cup

Fried rice flour – 1/2 cup

Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon

Warm oil – 1 tablespoon

Preparation

Take a bowl, add rice flour, gram flour, masala powders, salt and baking soda, mix all together, next add oil, and potato paste, knead it well and make soft dough. Take idiyappam maker with star mould, fill the dough, then press to hot oil, then fry it well.
