Ingredients
ghee-2 tbsp
cashew and kismis
whole spices
onion-2
ginger ,garlic, chilly crushed
tomato-2
salt
chicken masala-2 tbsp
potato
green peas
curd-3 tbsp
coriander leaves-1 cup
mint leaves-1 cup
basmati rice-3 cup
water-6 cup
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add cashew and kismis, after roasting it well add whole spices, roast it again, then add onion, saute it for 3 minutes, next add ginger , garlic and chilly crushed, mix it well, once the raw smell gone add tomato, add salt and saute it again, next add potato and green peas, mix it well, add masala powder and mix with masala, now mint and coriander leaves, and curd, after mixing well add rice, then add water, cover the lid and boil it, mix it frequently, once it cooked well turn off flame.
