raw rice-2 1/2 cup
coconut-1 handful

cooked rice-2 handful
shallot-2
cumin-1 tsp
salt
water
Preparation
Take a mixie jar , and add rice, cooked rice, coconut, shallots and cumin, then add required water and grind it into fine batter, transfer it to a bowl, then add salt and mix well. Heat a clay pan, pour the batter with a laddle, and just round it, once the bubbles come out, cover the pan and wait for 1 minute, then transfer it to a plate.
