Chinese Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients

• Noodles – 100 grams

• Beans – ½ cup

• Carrot – ½ cup

• Cabbage – ½ cup

• Onion – 1

• Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon

• Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon

• Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

• Tomato sauce – 3 tablespoons

• Hot water – ¼ cup

• Sugar – ½ teaspoon (optional)

• Oil

• Salt

• Water

Preparation

Boil water with salt and oil, then add noodles, once it cooked well strain out water and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan,add beans, carrot, cabbage and onion, saute it for 1 minute, then add salt,turmeric, chilly powder and kashmiri chilly, mix well and saute it for 1 minute, add tomato sauce, after mixing well add hot water, boil it well, now add cooked noodles, mix with masala, finally add sugar, and combine all well.
