Ingredients
coconut oil-3 tbsp
fennel
cinnamon
cardamom-4
onion-5
salt
curry leaves
ginger garlic crushed -1/4 cup
tomato-5
turmeric-1/2 tbsp
chilly powder-1/2 tbsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1 1/2 tbsp
water-2 cup
chicken- 1 1/2 cup
coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices, just roast it, then add nion and salt, saute it until it become soft, next add ginger garlic, mix until the raw smell gone, next add tomato and curry leaves, mix well, once it become soft add masala powders, combine all well until it become aromatic, now add water and chicken, mix with masala, boil it well, once it cooked enough add some coriander leaves and turn off flame.
