gram flour-50 gm

ghee-2 tsp

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, add rice flour, gram flour, butter, cumin and salt, mix it well, add water, then knead it well and make a soft dough, take idiyappam maker with star mould, fill the dough, then press it to hot oil, fry murukk until it become crispy.
