Ingredients
boiled egg-5
gram flour-1 cup
hing-1 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
salt
pepper powder
water
onion-1
ginger garlic paste-1/4 tsp
oil
chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
pepper powder
coriander leaves
Preparation
Take boiled eggs, cut it into 2, then take yolk in a bowl.For batter, add gram flour, salt,chilly powder, pepper powder, hing and water to a bowl, mix well and make a thick batter. For masala, heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute it well, next add ginger garlic paste and salt, mix it well for 2 minutes, next add masala powders, mix it until the raw smell gone, now add egg yolk, combine it with masala, finally add coriander leaves, after mixing well turn off flame. Take egg white boiled, fill the masala in the hole, prepare all eggs like this, after that dip it in the batter, then fry in hot oil.
