Ginger garlic paste
Heat coconut oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, saute it well, next add shallots chopped, saute again for 2 minutes, now add onion, saute until it become soft, next add masalas, mix it , add tomato and curry leaves, saute until it become soft, now add coconut, mix it again, now add cooked chicken pieces, crush it with spoon, and mix masala, then turn off flame. Then cook putt as usual with chicken masala.
