Ingredients

Milk:3 cups (3/4 ltrs)
Vinegar / lemon juice :2 tblspn
Salt:1/4 tspn
Butter / Ghee: 1 tblspn
Gelatin/ China grass: 10 grms
Preparation
Heat milk in a pan, then turn off flame and add vinegar, mix well to become spoil strain it to a cotton cloth, and make paneer, transfer it to a mixie jar, add 1 tbsp of water and blend it well, transfer the cream to a pan, add gelatin to a bowl, add milk and soak it for 5 minutes. Add milk and butter the pan, add gelatin mix, heat the pan, mix well, once it melts well turn off flame, add food color and salt, mix again, take a flat plate, pour the mix into it, spread over it with a spatula,after that keep in fridge for sometime, then cut it into slices.
