water-1 cup

semolina-4 tbsp
cardamom-1/2 tsp
sugar-4 tbsp
salt-1 pinch
ghee-2 tbsp
shallots chopped-4
cashews and kismis
Preparation
Add milk and water in a pan, let it boil, then add semolina, stir it well, once it become cooked and thick add cardamom and sugar, continue stirring for 2-3 minutes, finally add roasted shallots, cashews and kismis.
