Chicken-1 kg
pepper powder-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-2 tbsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
salt
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
egg white-1
bread crumbs
Preparation
Marinate chicken with masalas, salt and ginger garlic, keep aside for 30 min, then cook it in a pan, after cooking well allow it to cool down, then add egg white into it, mix well, then coat bread crumbs in each pieces, finally deep fry it in hot oil.
