small cumin-1 1/2 TSP

large cumin -2 TSP

ginger garlic paste 1 tbs

chilli powder-2 1/2 tbs

coriander powder-11/2 tbs

cinnamon-3 pinch

Turmeric powder-1/2 tbs

garammasala1/2 tbs

water

Preparation

Add beef in a pressure cooker, add pepper powder,garam masala, ginger garlic paste ,salt, turmeric and required water to cook, after mixing well cover the cooker and cook it well. Heat a pan, add oil, add mustard to the hot oil, after poping it well add fennel seeds, mix well and add onion and salt, saute it well, next add cumin and bayleaf, ginger garlic paste, mix all well, next add chilly and tomato, coriander leaves, next add masalas, combine all well, add cooked beef with stock, cook until the water dissolves, next add cooked tapioca, mix it well, finally add some coriander leaves. Serve it with carrot and onion.
