water

baking soda-1/2 tsp
salt
oil
crushed pepper
Preparation
Soak urad dal for 4 hrs, then grind it without water, add chopped veggies, crushed pepper, salt and baking soda, mix well, heat oil in a pan, take vada mix put hole, add to oil, fry well.
