ghee-2 tbsp

pomegranate-1 cup

sugar-1/2 cup

milk-1/2 cup

corn flour-1/4 cup

milkmaid-1/4 cup

cumin,cardamom crushed

Preparation

Heat a kadai, add ghee, heat it well,next add pomegranate, mix well, once it cooked well add sugar, cook it for 5 minutes. Mix milk and corn flour, then add milk maid, mix all well then add to pomegranate, mix all well and cook it for 3 minutes more, finally add cumin and cardamom powder and turn off flame.
