Ingredients
gram flour-1 cup
semolina-1/2 cup
salt
baking soda
water-1 cup
mango powder-1/2 tsp
chat masala-1/2 tsp
ginger powder-1/2 tsp
salt
onion chopped
tomato
green chilly
paneer
for mint chutney
mint leaves
curd
salt
olive oil
garlic
chilly
Preparation
For dosa batter, mix semolina,gram flour, salt and baking soda, then add water and make a loose batter. For spicy masala, mix all masalas in the above list, add salt and mix well. Heat a tawa , pour batter, spread over, then add onion, paneer,chilly and tomato, spread the masala powder, cook well and fold from both sides.
For mint chutney, add all ingredients in a mixie jar, grind well.
