Turmeric powder-1/4tsp

chilli powder-1 1/2tbsp

green chillies-3


Turmeric powder-1/4tsp

garam masala-1/2tsp

pepper powder-1/2tsp

gambooge-2 ps


Marinate shrimp with the items in the list, rest for 20 minutes then shallow fry it.

add 2 tbsp oil in a kaday ,add 2-3 tbsp chopped ginger garlic and fry it until raw smell goes.. add2-3 chopped green chillies and curry leaves.. add finely chopped 3 large onions and fry until onions become soft.. reduce the flame and add 1/2tsp Turmeric powder and 2tbsp chilli powder ,roast it until raw smell goes (2-3 minutes).. add fried prawns and mix well with roasted masala..add gambooge and 1/2 glass hot water and cook for 3-4 minutes in medium to low flame.. finally add 1/2tsp garam masala and 1/2tsp pepper powder and cook for a minute add fresh curry leaves and off the flame.
