Rice Murukk

Water-1 cup



ghee-2 tsp

rice flour-1 cup

sesame seeds-1 tsp

kashmiri chilli-1/2 tsp

oil for frying


Boil water with ghee and salt, after boiled well add rice flour,sesame seeds and kashmiri chilli powder,mix well, rest for 5 minutes,then knead it well, take idiyappam maker with star hole , fill the dough and press murukk,then fry it well.
