Ingredients
Broken Wheat – 1 cup
Carrot – 1
Green Chilli – 3
Ginger – 1 tsp
Shallots – 15
Onion – 1/2 of 1
Curry Leaves – 2 strings
Grated Coconut – 5 tbsp
Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Dry Red Chilli – 3
Water – 2 3/4 cup (660 ml)
Salt – for taste
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add washed broken wheat, mix it well, cook until it become dry.Heat a cooker add oil, mustards, allow it to crack, add dry red chilly, then chopped vegetables one bye one, saute it well, add salt, next add hot water, next grated coconut, once it starts boiling, add roasted broken wheat, cover the lid, cook for whistle.
