oil-2 tbsp


mustards-1 tsp

garlic chopped-1 tbsp

green chilly-2

curry leaves

salt-3/4 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

meat masala-3/4 tsp

garam masala-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-3/4 tsp


Cut idli into small cubes and keep aside, heap oil in a pan, add mustards, allow it to splutter, then add garlic, curry leaves and green chilly, fry this well, next add all masalas together and salt, fry it to turn aromatic, then add idli pieces, mix softly, idli masala s ready.
