Maida – 300 gm
Ghee/ butter-2 tbsp
luke warm water-150 ml
Take water in a bowl, add all ingredients except maida, then mix well, now add maida, then knead it well( 10 minutes), then rest for 10 minutes, again knead it for 5 minutes, rest for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes, wrap the bowl rest for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove air, then shape it in rectangle shape, transfer to tin, bake 45-50 minutes.
