turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp

whisked curd-4 tbsp

kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp

kasuri methi-1 tsp

coriander leaves

Preparation

Marinate egg with turmeric powder,and chilly powder, then fry this egg in a pan and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, green chilly, onion, and ginger garlic paste, saute it well, once it turns brown add tomato puree, cook until separate oil, next add masalas ( make paste using curd), next add water, cook for 5 minutes, now add kasuri methi and fried egg, mix well, finally add coriander leaves, then turn off flame.
