Wash rice well, then keep aside. Heat oil in cooker,fry cashews, kis mis and onion separately and set aside, next add spices , then onion, saute it well, now add water, add salt, lemon juice, and grated carrot to the water and allow it to boil, now add washed rice , then close the lid, once the first whistle comes out, turn off flame. Open the cooker after the pressure completely gone, then pour ghee above it, then coriander leaves, and fried ingredients, close the cooker rest for few minutes.
