Ingredients
raw rice-1 cup
urad dal-1/4 cup
fenugreek seeds-1/4 tsp
water
oil-2 tbsp
garlic-1 tbsp
ginger-1 tsp
curry leaves-1-2 tsp
onion-1
chilly powder-1 tsp
hing-1/4 tsp
coriander leaves-2 tbsp
oil-2-3 tbsp
Preparation
Soak rice with urad dal and fenugreek for 4 hrs, then transfer to a blender, grind into fine batter, pour to a bowl, rest overnight. Heat oil in a pan , add garlic, ginger and curry leaves, next add onion, saute it well, now add chilly powder, hing powder, and mix well, finally add some coriander leaves, then turnoff flame, add masala to the batter and mix well, also add required salt. Now cook paniyaram in unniyappam pot.
