Ingredients
urad dal-1 1/2 cup
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
rice flour-1 1/2 tbsp
ginger chopped-1/2 tsp
onion-1/2
curry leaves
pepper crushed-1/2 tsp
hind-1/2 tsp
salt
Preparation
Wash and soak urad dal and fenugreek for 2 hrs. Then strain out from water, then grind urad dal little bye little into thick batter, now add rice flour into it, mix well with your hand for 5 minutes, then rest 5 hrs for fermentation. Add ginger, onion,pepper,hing , curry leaves and salt, mix well. Dip your hand in water, take small portion from batter, put a small whole , then fry in hot oil.
