soy sauce-1 tbsp

Preparation

Wash cauliflower in hot water, then marinate with flours, pepper powder and soy sauce, then keep in fridge for 1/2 hrs.  Then fry cauliflower and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic, onion, spring onion, chilly, sauces, vinegar,salt and water, cook well, add fried cauliflower into it, mix well, finally add some capsicum and onion.
