soaked dry red chilly-6-7



coriander leaves

lemon juice-1 lemon

sunflower oil

chilly powder-1 tsp


other ingredients

chicken-2 big pieces

sunflower oil-4 tbsp




bay leaf-3

chopped garlic-4-5

onion sliced-1

soaked basmati rice-3 cup

water boiled- 6 cup

maggi chicken cube-1



For sauce, grind all the ingredients in the list into fine paste, then spread over the chicken and rest for 1 hour to marinate. After 1 hour fry in less oil, and keep aside. Heat biriyani pot, add oil, then add spices into it, roast for 1 minute,next add chopped onion and garlic, saute it well, now add leftover sauce, saute until the raw smell gone, now add chicken cube,next rice and mix well, add boiling water into it, then dd required salt and cook well. Once the rice is cooked, put chicken above it, then smoke charcol, and cover the pot, and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
