chilly powder-2 tbsp

pepper powder-2 tbsp

soya sauce-2 tbsp

vinegar-1 tbsp

corn flour-2 tbsp

oil-for frying

PreparatioTake a mixie jar, add ginger, garlic, shallots, salt and masalas then grind well, then marinate chicken with this masala, keep in fridge for 1 hour, then add some corn flour into it and fry in hot oil.
