Ingredients
egg boiled and mashed
potato boiled and mashed
coconut oil
green chilly
shallots
ginger paste
turmeric-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
salt
bread crumbs
eggs
Preparation
Heat a pan, add oil, then add, shallots,chilly and ginger paste, saute well , next add potato and egg, mix well, next add masalas and 3 tbsp of bread crumbs, mix well and turn off flame. Once the heat is gone, take small portions from it and make a shape as you wish, then dip all in egg mix and coat with bread crumbs, then deep fry this all.
