putt podi-2 cup
water(boiled)-4 cup

cumin-1/2 tbsp
shallots-3-4
salt
coconut oil
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add putt podi, soak this with hot water, mix with a spoon. Grind coconut, cumin and shallots, add into the rice flour, knead well, make a soft dough, divide this into equal portions. Take a small portion, flattern it by using a plastic wrap with your hand, and fry it deeply.
