split bengal gram-1 tsp

black gram-1 tsp

sambar masala-1 tbsp



Grate/mash the potatoes, and keep aside, then heat oil in a pan, add mustards, urad dal and gram dal, roast well, add curry leaves, onion, next add all masalas, ginger, tomatoes , add required salt and saute well, then add water, mix well and cook for 5 minutes, next add, green peas, and potatoes, finally add coriander leaves. Make dosas with this filling
