Amrutham podi-1 cup
cardamom powder-1 tsp
corn flour/maida-2 tbsp
Take a bowl , add amrutham podi, water and milk, then strain this mix 1-2 times, add corn flour into it, add salt, required sugar and mix well, then pour this mix into a pan, stir continously , after some times add ghee, mix again, continue this process until it becomes non sticky, finally add dry nuts and mix well, then pour this in a mould, allow it to cool.
