chilly powder-2 tsp
coriander-2 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
mustards-1/2 tsp
hing-1/4 tsp
curry leaves
salt
water
oil
Preparation
Soak beans in 4-5 hrs. Heat oil in a cooker, add mustards, onion, garlic, curry leaves, then saute well, next add masalas, next tomato, then add beans and mix well, next add water and cover the cooker and cook, finally add hing and tamarind .
