Maida-2 cups

curd-1/4 cup


baking powder-1/2 tsp

baking soda- 1 pinch



In a bowl add maida, curd, salt, baking powder, baking soda and required water, knead well and make a soft dough, spread some oil above it and rest for 1/2 hour. Knead again, then split into small balls and flattern it, and cook in a pan, spread oil.
